Is there a limit on how much equipment I can track?
No. Every plan includes unlimited equipment, job sites, moves, work orders, and hour readings. Plans are based on how many people need logins, not how many machines you own.
How does the Safety & Compliance add-on work?
It is $12 per user per month on top of any plan, counted across every active user on your account. It adds digital safety forms, sign-off by text, inspections, permits, incident reports, and the PDF archive. The seat count follows your roster automatically — deactivate someone and your next invoice drops.
Do crews need to download an app to sign safety forms?
No. They get a link by text, read the form, and sign with their finger in the phone browser. No app, no account, no password. Signatures are captured under the federal E-SIGN Act and UETA — timestamped and attributed to a named person.
Is there a long-term contract?
Plans you sign up for here are month-to-month — save 17% with annual billing, but you're never locked in. Larger fleets that need a custom quote, onboarding, or data migration are set up on a term agreement; we'll spell out the details before you sign anything.
Can I manage multiple companies or divisions?

How is my data stored?
Your data is stored securely on Cloudflare's global network with encryption at rest. Photos are stored in dedicated cloud storage. Each organization's data is fully isolated.
