EquipSvc Fleet Management ("EquipSvc Fleet") is operated by RamerIT LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how RamerIT LLC collects, uses, and protects information processed through the EquipSvc Fleet web application and SMS workflows.

Information We Collect

• Account information such as names, email addresses, roles, and phone numbers
• Fleet operations data such as equipment locations, moves, readings, and work orders
• SMS interaction data including consent timestamps, opt-out timestamps, and message logs
• Technical information required to operate and secure the service

How We Use Information

We use information to provide fleet management services, maintain account access, deliver operational SMS messages, support customer service, and secure the platform. SMS consent records are used solely to administer messaging preferences and compliance.

SMS Privacy

Phone numbers collected for EquipSvc Fleet are used only for account access and operational fleet messaging within your organization. RamerIT LLC does not sell, rent, or share SMS consent, phone numbers, or message content with third parties for marketing purposes.

We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS message frequency varies based on your role and fleet activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging or HELP for assistance.

Service Providers

We use service providers, including Twilio, to deliver text messages and related communications. These providers process data only as needed to perform the requested services on our behalf.

Data Retention

We retain account, fleet, and messaging records for as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Safety record retention

Finalized safety records (forms, signatures, and their archived PDFs) are retained for the life of your account and for at least three years. Records are never edited after finalization. If you cancel your account, contact us and we will provide a complete export of your safety records.

Retention requirements vary by record type and jurisdiction. Determining how long your organization must keep a given record — and keeping your own copies — remains your responsibility. See our Terms of Service for how responsibility for regulatory compliance is allocated.
